- In charge of managing all functions working on brand campaigns
- Managing people working under his/her lead
- Being accountable for all project managed within his/ her team
- Ensuring excellent quality work from his team
- Managing resources for his department

- Able to define and lead strategically on what role the digital experience should play to achieve overall buisness objectives
- Understands metrics and analytics such as usage reports, KPIs, response modeling to benchmark campaign success against business objectives
- Has the the ability to lead a team, act as a role model to a team and inspire a team to success. Has the ability to lead the client, defend Agency's work, and provide strategic guidance on key client's issues.
