- Develop, maintain and reinforce Mitsulift’s corporate image, reputation and brand recognition at every point of contact.
- Plan, design and draft detailed specifications for creating a pleasing, functional and unique elevator interior environment.
- Consult with sales people and customers for the space to be designed regarding decisions on space planning, color and fabric selections for wall, floor, panels, paint colors etc.
- Prepare proposals for design work in line with budgetary restrictions, customer specifications and markets needs.
- Responsible for strategic execution of internal and external communications.
- Ensure consistent adherence to branding, design and visual identity guidelines for all materials, activities and communication points of contact.
- Handle and maintain corporate internet site by developing and maintaining all content.
- Create and update various marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, product sheets, fact sheets, sponsorships, newsletters, signage, ads, events, building appearance, uniforms and sales tools with input from corporate centers and branch-specific requirements.
- Handle work assignments based on current campaign plans and work closely with branches and corporate centers to develop and implement new campaigns.
- Handle art directing, storyboarding and message development for creative design work for various online and offline ads, signage and marketing materials, from conception to delivery.
Skills
- University degree in Marketing or Interior Design.
- 2-3 years experience in a related field.
- Negotiation skills, ability to work with tight deadlines and under pressure, customer care skills, organization and time management skills, public relations skills.
